baking everyday.. =D

My life is really great coz i've been facing what i call "DREAMS"..i used to dreams being a pastry chef..baked lot of cakes,pie,bread n pastry stuff...so now im in that position..my job is really great n cool..working with all those pastry stuff..playing with flour,egg,sugar..the be

st thing in pastry is u can do experiment with the product..n ur not rushing to complete all the product..so u have your time..but dont waste too many time loll...haha..at the moment i already baked some of the desert for the restaurant like cheesecake,bread butter pudding,egg tart and chocolate cake..n i 've got one order for Red velvet Cupcake this saturday..i'll make it tomorrow i guess...btw my restaurant is doing promotion for lunch buffet it cost RM8.80 per head..eat anything u want! sounds great rite? please come to bangunan Risda Shah alam..the restaurant is there..
