Pavlova?? woww!

Hey everyone ! Lama x update blog ni since Februari x silap..malas gila nak update..actually mcm2 nak share tp ntah la xde masa nak type panjang2..just nak share..finally today i made about 10 pcs of Pavlova ! haha i know lot of people really wanna eat this awesome and tasty dessert..so i made it by my own..so simple actually..i just made a small one so it will easier for everyone to eat..for the fruit filling i used strawberry,kiwi and grapes..and some whipping cream..really mouth wattering..! especially when u eat the inside so soft and the outside case is hard..i wish i can give everyone to try this cool dessert.. 

I add strawberry syrup to give extra taste =D

Morning Friday !

I dont know why..each time i woke up in the morning..the 1st thing i want to do is go to the kitchen and find out any ingredients to cook for breakfast. Thats my routine..sampai kdg2 my friend said "pagi2 mmg salu buat breakfast yek?" haha..i guess so..the feeling of cooking is something that u cant described with words..mmm..and blog ni pn da mcm blog masakan dah aku tgk..hahaha...enjoy this delicious photo of my today breakfast.

Macaroons again?? YES ! I LOVE MAC !

Yes im addicted with Macaroons! Do u know why?? haha coz its too cute n its so delicious! i know its so sweet but i still love it.. =D Since this kind of sweet desert is trending rite now..so i think why not i make it my own macaroon. YES ! some of my friend said to me its

hard to bake macaroon..yes i agree with

that..but for me the most important thing to bake this delicious dessert is stay calm n be patient..free your mind from other things and focus !!! thats really important..That is why the price is not cheap for 1 macaroon in the market . I saw some restaurant sell 1 pcs for rm3.50. WOWW! thats really expensive! but its worth it..trust me..once the mac goes inside your mouth..the 1st bite was WOWWW ! n u cant stop eating it..hahaha..

yesterday i made around 45 pcs Macaroons. yellow and purple colour..i put chocolate ganache and blueberry&peanut butter as their filling. really great..so if anyone want to try this delicous macaroon. u guys can order from me..the more u buy maybe i can give some special price..i guess my price is affordable for everyone..

I HEART CUPCAKES !!!

Hey guys! yes i do love cupcakes so much! so today i decided to make special lemon meringue Cupcakes ! The results is cool and the taste is so perfect ! you should try loll! hahaha....i bake around 30 cupcakes..yeah its a lot actually coz my brother dont eats sweet things so much..so i plan to give some of the cakes to my friend..since i've show tomorrow at tampin so why not i bring it..ok im going to sleep now bye2!

Hari2 makan..dan memasak!

Right now is 12.16 am in the middle of the night..im writting this post..its a bit cold here in my room..coz the aircond temperature around 25 C. as usual my day routine without complete if im not going to kitchen for cooking or baking something. I woke up around 9am yesterday morning..and i found out my mum so bz in the kitchen. I asked mum what is she doing? mum said shes making roti jala for her friend..they order about 2kg roti jala..ouh ok sounds cool for me..coz i know my mum roti jala is the best in planet. Then i had my breakfast while browsing the internet using my mum ipad. Suddenly i got an idea to cook something..i ask mama wether she bought chicken wing..mama said yes she already bought it. Woww! thats great..so i plan to make grill honey BBQ chicken wing..yummy! plus theres a fried rice today.it would be awesome if can serve with that chicken. So i start with all the ingredients and herbs..especially honey! Then i gril the chicken using non stick pan grill and to make sure the chicken wing cooks well i put it inside the oven and grill again around 10 minutes.. andd tadaaa! its so delicious! haha
